An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a Senior Administrator to play a key role at Brays School for the Spring and Summer term of 2022. Brays School is part of Forward Education Trust, a growing Multi Academy Trust established in 2017 serving special schools across the West Midlands area.

The successful candidate will be professional, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. They will be able to multitask and manage a varied workload prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. They will have strong ICT, literacy and communication skills.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Providing administrative support to the school Head Teacher, Senior Leadership Team and Teachers as and when required
  • Providing support to the school’s administrative function
  • Providing staff attendance support to the school
  • Providing HR and Finance data support to the School and Trust Central Team when required
  • Minuting meetings as required
  • Supporting the transition of the pupil MIS to a new provider (from SIMS to Bromcom March 2022)
