Swimming Coach / Instructor Level 2

Hours: 28.75 hrs a week working pattern 9am to 3.15pm
Salary: Level 2 (Annual Salary £17,007 - Pro-rata salary approx. £11,550)
Brays School specialises in the education of primary-aged pupils with a range of diagnosis. The School is split across two sites, our Tile Cross site caters for those with a diagnosis on the Autistic Spectrum. Our Sheldon site takes children with a range of physical, learning and Sensory difficulties. The School has high standards of teaching and learning, and is committed to ensuring that all pupils achieve their full potential.
We are looking to appoint a swimming coach/instructor to join our swimming staff team based at our Sheldon site. Are you enthusiastic and flexible to work as part of a team with nursery and primary aged children who have complex physical difficulties and communication difficulties. The successful candidate will need to have a RLSS Pool Lifeguard qualification or equivalent and also hold the minimum of an ASA Level 2 swimming coaching qualification or equivalent qualifications. The candidate will also need to be flexible and if in the event the pool is out of action that they would be able to assist our teaching staff in order to provide and deliver high quality classroom based provision for our young people.
